How to Order From Publix Using Instacart

After creating an account, follow these steps to make your first order:

1. Sign in to your account.
2. On the homepage, confirm the address at the top is correct. The address determines the store options that Instacart will show you.
3. At the top, search for Publix or click “View All Stores” to find it.
4. Browse the Publix store to find desired items or search at the top of the page for the item you want.
5. Add any items you want to the cart, including specific instructions if necessary.
6. If an item is out of stock, replace it with an acceptable alternative to reduce real-time communication with your shopper.
