Why Can’t I See The Chase Benefits on DoorDash or Caviar?
If you use third-party wallets such as Google Pay, you won’t access Chase card offers.
An eligible Chase card should be your default payment method.
You can update your credit card information by opening “Account” on the DoorDash app.
Navigate to “Add a card” and enter the necessary details.
If you still fail to see the Chase card benefits, check if you have an eligible card.
Also, if you have a Chase Freedom or Chase Slate credit card, you can only redeem services for one person.
Unfortunately, DashPass benefits are eligible for one member.
If you share your card with family members, register for DashPass.
If the registration fails, check if another person has registered with your card.
You can then ask them to delete their subscription and enjoy your benefits.
Is The DashPass Subscription Worth It?
It depends.
If you order meals from DoorDash, DashPass is a good solution.
DashPass is also better when you have many restaurants to choose from.
Also, if your orders are already above $12, you can save money.
But, if you rarely order food on DoorDash or online, DashPass may not be for you.
Also, if your orders are below $12, you cannot activate the discounts.
Remember that DashPass is not available in all cities.
Check if it’s in your city before signing up.

I am a new Dashpass subacriber, my company subsidizes Dashpass costs as a perk. My first attempt at use today showed delivery fee of $2.99 dropped to $0 but there was a service fee $6.59 and driver tip suggested of $7, at mininum. If I changed ‘delivery’ to ‘pick up’ all fees seemed to go away. I though there was supposed to be a reduced Service fee on delivery so checked online and found a customer service number which actually worked (!) great until the agent said I to be transferred to Dashpass helpdesk… on hold then with no indication how long the hold would be… I gave up after 12 minutes or so and placed the order as pickup. I have no idea what the restaurant got charged by Doordash for taking my order this way. Jury still out for me if this is worth it. I don’t want to see small local restaurants hurt by emergence of Doordash. My suspicion is that restaurants are increasing prices on all sales to offset these services.
