Spark Driver Performance Metrics

Driver performance is a key factor determining driver earnings. Spark delivery uses four key metrics to measure your performance:

  • Acceptance Rate: This refers to the ratio of accepted delivery requests against the total number of offers you receive. The figure is represented as a percentage. For instance, if you receive 20 offers and accept 16, your acceptance rate is 80%.
  • Drop Order Rate: This refers to the number of orders canceled within 30 minutes before the pickup time.
  • On-Time Arrival: This indicates how often you arrive at the pickup location within 15 minutes of the scheduled pickup time.
  • Customer Rating: This is a score awarded to you by the customers at the end of each delivery. Customers can rate you on a scale from 1 to 5, where 1 is the lowest and 5 is the highest score.

Spark delivery works out these metrics based on 50 of your most recently completed orders.

The higher your score, the higher your order priority and the better your chances of making money.
